我看了 「台北二一 」這部電影 with Chris 並和他討論了一會. 這是一部有趣的電影. 雖然處處有 楊德昌 所導的 「一一」的影子 (ps 楊順清 擔任「 一一」的副導.) 如: 畫外音引入令人驚奇的剪接, (在「台北二一 」中,只見外籍主管之背影, 聽到他的中文, 結果他是法國人;在「一一」中, 一個女人的尖叫, 下一幕接到新生嬰兒的哭聲, 暗示是否人的出生是其結果都是虛功一場), 或是利用長鏡的飲食戲來討論對劇中有舉足輕重的話題. (在「台北二一 」中, 男女主角由高興去吃飯到因溝通不良而小吵; 在「 一一」中, 日本人和吳念真在吃飯談, 以及吳念真和同事吃路邊攤之幕.

這部電影對男主角和他日本男子的對手戲以十分純熟的手法處理, 我認為有些可改進之處...

1. 劇中日本人一直以愛台灣電影為話題, 兩人去參觀電影博物館, 後景可見楚浮電影海報. 真正的好電影不用如此大剌剌來表現.

2. 劇尾不必以 happy ending. 到女主角去開門, 就可打上 "fin"

3. 男女配角共同的台詞 (symbolized: missing opportunity) 之橋段 "如果他來拜託我,我會和他和好" 太老套, 和全劇不合, edit it out
