The Virtue of Being 'Virtual'

With an Internet bank's name as "Virtual Bank", the first reaction can be a bit consternation. In Chinese, "virtual" is translated as "虛擬" (not in reality and/or simulated). But the real meaning of "virtual" is "having real effect but not in name".

Then it gets philosophical. (just a little)

Virtue (美德) can be virtual? 虛 (Emptyness or "not in real") can be 實 (like "virtual king", having the real power of a king but not in name, joking say... Karl Rove)...... just a wild thinking... never mind.
