ROC & DROC, no, it's not Taiwan & China, it's Congos
The confusion over the ROC (Republic of China, which is Taiwan's formal title) and PROC (People's Republic of China, ie., China) is not unique.
There are two neighboring countries named ROC & DROC. That is, Republic of the Congo and Democratic Republic of the Congo (formerally, as Zaire)
